If so, the East Sussex Teaching Schools Network is currently looking to recruit Specalist Leaders in Education (SLE) and Local Leaders of Education (LLE) to support its ongoing school to school support.

FULLY FUNDED LGBT+ Visibility and Inclusion in Schools Leadership Programme
Facilitated by leading members of the LGBT+ Schools' Community, this innovate and brand new programme commences early in the Spring term in Brighton. Fully funded* by the Department for Education’sLeadership, Equality & Diversity fund, the programme aims to promote more diversity and encourage the promotion of LGBT+ teachers into more visible and leadership positions in schools, more accurately reflecting the diversity of the teaching population, the young people they teach and their families.
Qualified teachers at any stage in their career, working in state funded schools, specifically identifying as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and/or Intersex are eligible to apply. Participants numbers are strictly limited. The deadline for all applications is noon on Friday 14th December, or sooner as capacity is reached. *Those working in other educational settings, including FE institutions are not eligible for funded provision, but are welcome to apply. A very limited number of non-funded programme places are available at £975 per participant.
